Ashley Jones

Ashley Aubra Jones (born September 3rd, 1976) is an American actor from the United States. She is known for her role in soap operas such as Megan Dennison on The Young and the Restless and Bridget Forrester on The Bold and the Beautiful. For the HBO Drama True Blood, she played her character Daphne. Ashley Jones earned a Bachelor of Human Learning, K-8 in 1997 at the University of Tennessee at Martin. In Maury County, she began teaching kindergarten and first grade Reading. After marrying Brent Jones, her UT Martin sweetheart Brent Jones in 1998, she moved from Thompsons Station to Thompsons Station. She started her career as a teacher as a teacher at Bethesda Elementary, where she taught 4th grade. In 1999-2000, she taught while earning her Masters in Education degree from Trevecca Nazarene University. She took a break from her classroom in 2000 after the couple welcomed their son Baylor. Ashley has spent the last 15 years focusing on the development of children in her home congregation and in the community, while also serving in many roles. Ashley is a long-time leader in the Preschool Ministry and Student Ministry of Thompson Station Church. Ashley was a three-year resident at the home of her children, where she taught them. As they homeschooled, students attended a class at which Ashley was a teacher of History in the Kindergarten class and First Grade. Ashley loved her homeschooling experience and spending time with her family, God evidently showed her family that it was time for them to go back full-time in school. Brent and Ashley both have five children. Silas Eliza Cruz and Cruz and Cruz GCA students. Baylor is an GCA grad who plays the game of baseball. She is also a student at UT Martin. Callan, a GCA graduate also studies at Western Kentucky University. They have a very busy family who love fishing, hunting, and supporting each other in their preferred sports and events.
